30-Day TrimTrap Guarantee

We want you to feel confident trying the TrimTrap Kit. If you're not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your TrimTrap Kit must include the original components and be in reasonable condition. We understand that you may need to try the product to decide whether it's right for you.

To start a return, contact us at support@trimtrapkit.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions for sending your TrimTrap Kit back to us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right.
